Evolution Roundwound Bass: Harmonics - What am I doing wrong?

I can't seem to get the harmonics articulation to work. If I use velocity or keyswitches, the notes just sound like the standard notes and nothing like the harmonics I've heard on the demo videos. I'm pretty sure it's something I'm not doing but, at the moment, I can't think what it could be.
