[FR] Folder open/close behavior

It's one of my biggest pet peeves with Waveform.

In the project window, if you move or otherwise alter any project, every single menu will pop open. This makes subfolders and folders obnoxious to use. Any time I change everything, I have to close all the folders. Eliminating this behavior and having an open/close all button would be immensely helpful.

I have a similar issue with the plugin select window. The "Open/close all Folders" button doesn't actually close or open all folders, it opens closed folders and closes open folders. This means that if I have some folders open but not all, I have to close each folder individually.

Extremely minor complaint, but oddly frustrating. I'd love to see it resolved.
