Hive 2 Midi Table

In the config window - > Midi Table, I want to add some new controls. I can select "Parameter" "Mode" and "Type" but "Channel" and "Controller" are not selectable. Can someone help out?

click (on what I assume is the number 1) and hold while moving up?

Man.. this should be made clear in the manual. All tabs have a drop down menu but Channel and Controller need to be dragged up or down.
