Since I'm not an edm expert, can you give me some feedback about which genre it is and which labels publish music like this? Thank you very much!

Elements of various sub-genres of EDM in there...very Apollo 440 at times! Back to the 90s!
I would just go for EDM..plenty of labels out there don't want anything more specific than that at the first stage anyway. (If they do - avoid them)!
