In OSX 10.15.4 (Catalina) using Bitwig and Kontakt 6.2.2 and Cassetto 1.01, I am not able to save presets. The save function doesn't bring up a file dialog and it doesn't save anything to disk. Has anyone else had this issue?

oops, loaded Equilibrium and then Cassetto DND again and it started working! some kind of glitch in my system or something. Seems fine now.
