Sax sounds a bit out of sync.
Other than that a nice track, though sounds a bit subdued in the treble to my ear. Hard to tell since I'm not in front of my studio monitors, but could use less roll-off?

Thanks for the comments. The sax was tighten up a bit, as well the track which should be a bit more present in the highs. Same link.

Uploaded yet another version, perhaps a bit more clear. The context is more akin to one of a live event though, and not a precisely crafted studio work.

Decent enough. Didn't particularly excite me but it was a pleasant listen. Sax didn't bother me. All in all, not bad. :tu:

Thanks for the comments Wag. A lot can be said about having soundscapes and noises to fill 'spaces' in an atmospheric piece.
