Hi, I would be curious about the process photosounder uses to convert images to sounds. The main idea, not the technical details. Thanks! Réka

Maybe I should make a video on this topic. The principle is kind of the reverse of the one Photosounder uses to turn sounds into images, the height of the image is interpreted as the frequency of sound produced (so the bottom is where the low frequencies go), the image is played from left to right in time, and the intensity of the pixels define how loud a certain frequency at a certain time is. It should make more sense if you try to draw a bunch of lines in the demo to see what it does.
