I believe 2002 would have been the time of Gigastudio, looks for Gigastudio libraries.

Also check with vi-control.com, its a forum for composers and I'd imagine most of the members were around in 2002.
Signatures are so early 2000s.

I think was using Edirol Orchestral around that time.

I believe Garritan was already around in 2002. If I'm not mistaken, the first version of his Garritan Personal Orchestra dates from 2002.

EDIT: Not 2002, but just a little later: 2004: https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/ga ... -orchestra

Vienna Symphonic Library's Pro Edition and East West/Quantum Leap's Symphonic Orchestra were already around by then too.

Garritan Orchestral Strings were released in August 2001.

Thanks guys! I am looking at a specific harp that I heard in a couple of songs from 2002. I think it could have been an orchestral library either made in 2002 or before 2002. It is a very old fashioned harp in my opinion.

Look for Garritan. It might be it.
