I'm searching for a good instrument to play guitar note separately with mute guitar sound and regular

I assume you mean other than an actual guitar? Any decent sample library will probably work for you.

Most Guitar libraries and vsti's allow for Sustained vs Muted notes by velocity settings and/or keyswitches. There are lots of other workarounds to get the articulations you might like. If you are asking about "which" one to get... the first questions might be; Do you want a stand-alone program? Do you have access to another program to load one into, for example Kontakt or Halion? After that, try Google searching some options and demo'ing the ones that interest you.

Rob Papen's Muted Guitar synth is a ton of fun.
Computer Music Magazine had a version of it,
in case you or cohorts have some spindles of
the discs from before the cross-platform requirement
was implemented.
