Route system audio through this?

Is there any way to route system audio through this? I want to use it to eq my mac's system audio.

I use SoundFlower. Fortunately, it's for free too. After a successful installation, you should be able to select it in the first slot of the Track 4. You should see some audio flows into Hosting AU.
