Thanks dude, figured it out.
I was using Bernard's Matrix Sequencer, swapped it for a different sequencer and it worked.
Something funny going on with Matrix Sequencer, its X and Y Gate Outs dont seem to work, though the LEDs indicate there is activity at these outputs.
