It all works pretty well to a certain extent, but the truth is that for me the vocals just don't cut it at all...
The original is a very simple track in many ways and a lot of its power comes from those live mass vocals provided by the Athens Opera Company.
This version just doesn't have the same epic impact at all.

Sorry to hear that, unfortunately I didn't had the budget to hire a the Athens Opera Company.

Had another listen... Maybe a big, epic, 'vocalesque' synth lead might've been better for me... Not sure?
There are, of course, some seriously epic choir sample libraries out there, but they don't come that cheap either!
