- what color should I change the tuner buttons and bridge pins to ? I don't like the black . . .

Yeah, I'd personally swap out the tuners for something in your typical chrome or nickel finish, and replace the pin and nut with something bone colored. But that's just me.

I had a mahogany top Yari Alvarez and a 12 string Ovation back in the 80's
Talk about between two worlds with regards to tone.

Nice just get some nickel or chrome grover 3x3 milk bottle tuners . Looks just like the black tuners on your guitar .

Stew-Mac.com to the rescue ! Rosewood bridge pins/pearl dot(had to have my tech guy ream the pin holes slightly to get a fit). Any kind of white ones just looked terrible there for whatever reason. They sorta mate visually with the RW bridge, fretboard & head cover veneer

& fairly inexpensive were pearl-look plastic knobs to fit the mini Grovers

kinda reminds me of my 'ol, now departed Gurian Jumbo(circa 1977)
