Are you on Windows or Mac? and is this regarding the VST3, AU or both?

Are you looking in the right directory? VST3 will get installed in:
Program Files/Common Files/VST3/

Yes, all other VST3 plugins in the same folder show up, only EchoMelt doesn't. Reaper and Renoise only, in Live 11 everything works fine.
PulseCode and Phonec show up without trouble in all 3 daws.
I'll try to replicate on another PC tomorrow, maybe it's a windows thing or something...
