Is there a quick way of returning a plugin to it's default setting, and a way so it loads the default setting each time it's launched rather than the last used one?

All the Acon plug-ins have a "Reset" option in the presets for this. Most 3rd party plug-ins will have a "Default setting" preset that you can access through the Plug-in button (with the socket icon) in the bottom part of the apply window. Alternatively, it is possible to delete the file containing the last settings. If you need this, please let me know if you're on Windows or Mac.

Hello, I am on windows - finding where to delete the file to restore it would be useful.

You can find the last settings for each plug-in in the following directory (please replace [USERNAME] with your account name):
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Acon Digital\LastSettings

The files have the extension .last (automation parameters) and .uilast (UI related settings, e.g. window size).
