Diva is not enough not for a skateboarder you needs Absynth by the Native Instruments group of people I know.

This is the most simple synth sound imaginable. And this is in the wrong forum. Diva is not a modular synth, better to post in the sound design forum.
Of course you can do this sound with an expensive synth like Diva, but any cheap free synth would do it as well… (Absynth would be overkill as well…)

I cannot help but feel this guy did NOT pay for his Diva license. Just a feeling because it's definitely not where I'd be starting my journey today.
