Can row offset move lights?

Hello humans

I am wondering - is there a way to change the row offset (ie from +5 to +7) while automatically adjusting the light configuration in accordance, such that the light colour scheme adheres to the same notes (cyans to C's, etc)?

Changing the Row Offset automatically moves the lights to match.
