Rouse-mouse click to lock/unlock.
This innocuous idea can be used twofold.
1. Set the input gain, lock, swap preset, and the input gain remains.
2. Protect users while sharing presets from unexpected volume jumps.
When creating presets with the modulation matrix, often the relationship between the drive/output or mix%/output is well balanced. E.G. When the modulation knob (a) is used to increase the drive the output volume is reduced accordingly. The ability to lock an original parameter (e.g Output) secures that these balanced interactions remain, and more importantly, protects the user from any unwanted/unexpected volume increases.
