Why no timestretch in Emulator V?

Since they did it for the Mellotron V, I'd think it should be easy enough? I think it would make sense for the Emulator as it doesn't really have a lot else going for it, whereas the other samplers have digital synth stuff, or the Mello tape simulation. Plus now the Emulator being MPE, I'd want as much versatility in the sample playback engine as possible.
