Hello from Austria!

A customer bought the Extract:Dialogue v1.1.6 plugin without testing it and now can't see the part to enter the license number: Picture in OneDrive (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhWTP-J95vZ5jMRgt6Pv6j7xTBmbMQ?e=DeRyIb)

I can reproduce that when the Windows display zoom is >100%. :o But he tells me his zoom is at 100% and the other Acon Digital plugins are displayed correctly. Any hint for that?

Thanks for reporting! Which host application is that? VST and UI scaling has been problematic on Windows for a long time. We have seen this for other hosts in the past, but mostly, these issues have been resolved now. With scaling disabled, I frankly don't know... Would be possible to get a screenshot from the customer? I've never heard of such issues without UI scaling.

I have now some screenshots from him and it looks like only the activation window of Extract:Dialogue is effected. Other plugins don't have this problem on the activation screen. I have the pics here in OneDrive:

Thanks for the new screenshots. This looks like UI scaling, too, so I think the customer could solve the issue by temporarily disabling UI scaling, authorizing the plug-in, and then turn on UI scaling again. I think there's an issue in the host when UIs are being scaled. I'll contact MacroMotion about this.
