Hi there all, little newb here, hope everyone is fine...I'm a 42 yo producer, AMATEUR producer, I've been producing for more than 20 years for fun, my gear is FL studio, Arturia minilab, yamaha speacks, bunch of plugins and 2 electribes, the ESX and the EMX...here is my latest project, it's what I would call minimal techno, hope you'll like it...advises much welcomed, this is the way to grow.
Peace to all of you out there, it's just music :)

So the kick drum really hits the spot. Around this, melodic elements gather
here and there. From about 2:00 minutes it gets a little denser and more
dramatic, even louder. Is that just my impression or did you mix the track
extremely loudly, i.e. compressed? Anyway, the mix works quite well because
you use little to no flat sounds.

Overall: Very nice, I really enjoyed your track! :tu:

Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback !! Yeah my mixes are always (too?) loud. I try to Eq all my sounds, analyze them, find the sweetspots etc...thanks you so much for your time :D

Minimal techno. I think you're right with that descriptor. It is quite loud, but I think that is what is required here. I love the jump in apparent volume when the the bass dropped out in the middle of the track. I loved the samples? (sounded like stirring a cup of coffee).

Good work :)

Thanks a lot ! The samples come mostley from Cymatics ;), nexus, Arturia minilab and the kick is a sample from the electribe emx.
