Used be able to download multiple .rar library files at once, which would help with the painfully slow DL speeds from BestService. I just purchased The Score, only to see that we are now forced to use their Download Utility, so since they are only sending at about 5 Mbps, and I can only DL 1/10 files at a time, guess I'll be checking out the new software tomorrow sometime

The Download Utility works fine at the moment. I´ve already tested it without issues. Maybe it was a temporary problem? Do you know that you can change the download location in your account? Normally it is set to server:auto but you can choose another location. Maybe it helps?

Absolutely the same issue.

Using the downloader, it took me nearly 12 hours to download the Sonus score. today im trying to download Orchestra Essentials and i used the manual download feature, so far it drops me out every 10 or so minutes, doesn't matter what server area i pick.

I am on a 1 gigabit superfast fibre, and downloading a 7 gig product should not take this long. Best Service IT IS NOT> I will be letting Sonus know as well. This is not good enough when you are writing for TV and film and need something in a hurry.

I'm having the same issue. I bought The Orchestra Complete 3. It gets to about the 9th file and goes down to .1MB per second—and then... it just stops.

Is there a way to download it manually? Based on this, I can't seem to download everything without dying. I am starting to feel this will never download!

Please try changing location as written in my first post. If that doesn´t work change to auto could do the trick.
