SynthScaper is one of the first apps I bought when I started using an iPad for making my so-called music. I think it was originally intended for ambient soundscapes. I hadn’t touched it for a few years and just decided to fire it up. This started as ambient head music, and I just figured it might sound “interesting” as a heavy metal track. I thought the contradiction was fun.

Thank you! The guitar comes from an iOS app called Riffler. I think I spent about 15 dollars for it. I’ve spent more for lunch. It’s limited in what it does, but it does that really well. If you are ever looking for some quick Van Halen style shredding, I highly recommend it. For this track I turned the tempo way down. Usually, it creates some crazy fast riffing. It has a feature called “Challenge Presets” that yields some wild stuff. You can also save the MIDI if you ever want to double your fun. Happy music making!

I will pass that on to my buddy MadeOfWax. I have been collaborating with him quite a bit over the last year. He uses AI to create some of the most realistic video have ever seen. He posts on YouTube. If you have some free time, I think you would find it very entertaining. Thanks for listening!
