The orchestral, full start is surprising - and it sets a great scene right from
the start. Until the drums start - and together with the pumping bass there
emerges a strong groove. You also use the gain-controlled compressor very
effectively - it grooves!

Very nice, varied and "image-rich" track. I liked it a lot! :tu:

Yep, there's an ''orchestral'' texture to the opening section - very early morning / dawn vibe....open, cinematic and uplifting.

Main section - I enjoyed it...definitely has a great overall groove with all the parts nicely synced together to drive it forward + some hooky melodic content.

The only things that bothered me ( and they did NOT spoil the listen as such):

1) Distorted main lead - I felt it slightly dominated the mix just a little too much maybe? I might've tried to control it a little more in terms of width / depth / height etc?

2) Pumping is all part of this style, but listening (and looking at your SC wave form) I wonder whether the final limiting could've been pulled back just a tiny bit to give the music a bit more dynamic range / let it all breath just a bit more?

Dunno for sure as it's hard to tell what you['ve tried.

Good listen!

Thanks for the feedback! The pumping is the effect though I do push the limiters hard. The lead sounded good in the mix on several systems, but one set of speakers it sounded a little louder which was odd. It's meant to be mono, but I could try turning its volume down a bit just to be safe. Thanks again!

A lot of low end rumble, the Trance theme works, another mixing issue.

I agree. the elements just dont seem to mix together. I'll probably end up redoing it. thanks

Yeah that last 1% maybe just some volume balancing a bit of eq and perhaps more reverb ?
If you update it be sure to repost!

Sunrise track for sure. I like that you kept the snare a bit subdued, it helped the overall relaxed feeling of the track. Very nice tinkly sounds at the periphery.
