A little ambient experiment using only loops and samples from an old iPad app called Blocs Wave, and a few of my own. Ambient is fun. I can’t believe I spent so much time on this. Assembled in Cubasis and mastered with DDMF and MagicDeathEye Stereo.

"Event Horizon" – the first thing that comes to mind is the movie:
The rescue mission ends in a mysterious disaster. Your loop-track
composition creates a mediocre, ambivalent atmosphere with
plenty of beautiful sounds here and there. It never gets truly
spooky, though. The track is rather entertaining and relaxing.

Overall: Lots of sound ideas, nicely put together, pleasant. :tu:

Very low-key cinematic...definitely tells a story!

I haven't seen the movie. I had this gloomy looking graphic and 'Event Horizon' just came to mind when I decided to use it with this. I'll have to see if I can find the movie and stream it.

I had no plan when I started this. I just started combining sounds and overlapping them. Nowadays, they call this 'Ambient'. Back in my day, we just called it 'head' music and got high while listening. Thanks for listening. Have a good one!

Thank you. I don't usually do music in this genre. However, once I got started, it sort of pulled me in. When I got up to to look at the clock, I was surprised how long I was into it. Maybe that's a good thing. It helps get my mind off the crazy things happening in the world, if only for a little while. Have a great day!
