Anyone Unable to buy Frosting

I'm trying to buy Ju-X Frosting, but after I put my card information in i'm met with this error:
"You must be logged in to perform test orders, or make sure you've chosen "Test Payment" as your payment method."
I didnt select test Order, I selected Card yet it refuses. I tried emailing the Ju-x Site from the contact info at the bottom, but no reply as of yet.
