VSTplug phase cancel

VSTplug phase cancel is a simple and convenient way of reducing phase cancellation, while still (quite intentionally) containing given effect already present.

Other, more destructive algorithms are available, and of course there is always stereo width available, but few algorithms are as non- destructive and as pleasant to use and listen to.
