Lowcoders release KingDubby Dub Delay AU v1.5.2 beta

Lowcoders have announced the release of KingDubby dub delay AU plug-in version 1.5.2 beta 1 as a free download for Mac OS X users. The plug-in, originally released in 2004 is the result of a collaboration between Bitplant for the design and Lowcoders for the code. Version 1.5.2 of the plug-in works on Intel and PPC Macs and supports Logic and Leopard.

KingDubby's GUI has been rewritten in Cocoa. The Lowcoders team is looking for testers for this beta version and aims to release the final version on the 15th of October 2008. Development of a VST version for Mac and Windows has started and a public preview is expected for Q1 2009.

KingDubby dub delay is a tape delay simulator aiming at recreating the unique sound of dub-like echoes. It provides several controls to reach the desired level of echo degradation and feedback.
