Outsim sm_3x_v01 released for feedback

sm_3x_v01 is a Windows VSTi that was created with synthmaker 0.7.4 (not yet released) and has been made available in order to obtain feedback related to bugs and suggestions for future developments.

Synthmaker is a modular synth environment meant to be used for the creation of virtual software synthesizers. Synthmaker is still in an initial stage of development.
