discoDSP updates Discovery to Release 3.1

discoDSP has updated Discovery for Mac OS X and Windows to Release 3.1. The Linux version is still being worked on.

What's new:

Edit > Config > Midi Out switches Discovery's VST MIDI Out.
MIDI CC 30 and 31 now use full range instead one number for each oscillator.
Mac OS X cross-preset compatibility between PowerPC and Intel projects. Export as FXP/FXB first before updating and import into R3.1.
Overall bug fixes.
