SynthFont updated to v1.201

Version 1.200 of SynthFont was pulled shortly after its release a few days ago. Version 1.201 is now available.

Bug fixes:

• An exception occurred randomly at start up.
• SynthFont could not start up minimized.
• The tracks list was not always updated automatically.
• When Windows was set to hide known file extensions, the preset list in the file open dialog would be empty.
• Some SoundFont Presets were incorrectly played.
• The registration code could not be changed.
• A few other minor bugs.

Other:

• Setup/Options item "Always ask to save files when exiting or opening another file" changed to "Always ask to save changed Arrangement files when exiting or opening another file".
