Intermorphic updates Noatikl to v1.5.0.16

Intermorphic has updated Noatikl to v1.5.0.16.

Changes:

Fixed where chording repeat bar voices incorrectly played some very short notes.
Improved scrolling behaviour to allow you show an unlimited number of voices and rules.
Fixed Mac bug where when you pressed Cmd-W to close a File Window, this command actually tried to close the entire application.

Liptikl has also been updated, to v1.0.0.26. Changes:
