Intermorphic updates Noatikl to v1.5.0.17

Intermorphic has updated Noatikl to v1.5.0.17.

Changes:

• Fixed the behaviour of mutating patterns: which did not always mutate at the correct rate, and which did not always retain their mutations.
• Fixed Mac bug where the application sometimes crashed on start-up for some customers.

Liptikl has also been updated, to v1.0.0.27.
