jBridge has been updated to v0.9.

Changes since v0.88:

• Implemented new IPC status monitoring mechanism.
• minor tweaks.
• Fixed a problem with the audioMasterIOChanged opcode that could cause a freeze.
• Fixed freeze with Ohm Force's plugins and Reaper.
• Added more opcode stubs.
• Misc. code restructuring / tweaks.
• Fixed getGetTailSize() ( wasn't working at all).
• Fixed ignored plugin flags.
