n-Track Software updates n-Track Studio to v6.0.5

n-Track Software has announced the release of version 6.0.5 of the n-Track Studio music recording and editing software.

This free update adds the ability to send the output of any audio channel (track, aux, group, instrument) to any other available audio channel. What before was an "aux send" is now just a "send" which can be directed to any existing audio channel, allowing for more creative use of n-Track's virtual mixing board. The new signal routing algorithm also allows the program to make increased use of multicore CPUs, distributing channels more evenly across the available cores.

The 6.0.5 updates also fixes various bugs and has many user interface enhancements including a new Level Meter Ruler tool to allow setting a reference level to target during manual mixing, and an improved Signal Path window that gives an interactive view of the mixing channels interconnections.
