Togu Audio Line updates TAL-DUB-II to v1.5

Togu Audio Line has updated TAL-DUB-II to v1.5.

Changes:

• LFO speed at different sample rates, fixed.
• Filter cutoff at different sample rates, fixed.

NOTE: This update may affect the sound of your presets if you worked at a sample rate other than 44100Hz.
