ConcreteFX Dicer updated to v1.3

ConcreteFX have updated Dicer to v1.3.

Changes in v1.3:

New user interface.
Ability to set pitch of samples in real time (The bottom two octaves control the pitch of the next slice played).
The tempo of loops are automatically set when samples are loaded.
You can copy envelopes into the pattern controller, so for instance envelope 1 can be copied into the volume pattern.
Keyboard shortcuts introduced.
Fit to in Export now works with samples.
Lots of small bug fixes and improvements.
