Togu Audio Line updates TAL-Elek7ro to v1.10

Togu Audio Line has updated TAL-Elek7ro to v1.10. This update includes some bug fixes and the addition of the U-No-62 24 dB filter and BassLine's 18 dB filter.

Changes:

• New filter types (U-No-62 24 dB, TAL-BassLine 18 dB).
• Hanging notes in poly mode fixed.
• Click at the end of long release times fixed.

NOTE: This update does not affect old presets.
