brainspawn forte updated to v1.3a

brainspawn forte 1.3a is now available.

Changes:

Fixed loading of certain resaved v1.2 rack files.
Fixed silence in Tascam US-224/US-428 WDM mode.
Fixed flashing MIDI LED when source channels are disabled.
Loading of Racks in forte: Solo v1.3 corrected.
Scenes should correctly recall state of 'global' settings for HALion, Hypersonic and several other plugins.
