FXpansion BFD v1.0.7.2 released

FXpansion have been hard at work trying to fix the remaining problems with BFD and the current version is now v1.0.7.2 for both Windows and Mac OS X.

Recent changes:

Complete New installer for Windows version, a new Mac installer is under development.
New: "just-in-time" disk streaming algorithm, which reduces disk load.
New: "Respond to MIDI CCs" button in play options panel.
Fixed: Editor reopen crash (Mac only).
Fixed: Non-44kHz voice init.
Fixed: Memory leak in licensing poll code.
