QuikQuak updates Pitchwheel to v3.1

QuikQuak has updated Pitchwheel to v3.1.

Changes:

New formant preserving algorithm, providing a stable and more natural sounding pitch change.
Audio Unit bug fixes for mono to stereo routing and parameter range corrections.
