Syntheway updates Master Hammond B3 to v2.2

Syntheway has updated Master Hammond B3 to v2.2.

Changes in 2.2:

B3 Mode selector has been expanded with new sounds / presets:
- Jazz B3 Slow.
- B3 High Slow / Fast.
- B3 Low Slow.
- Overdrive (Distortion) Slow.
GUI modifications and minor bug-fixes.
