alphakanal BuzZer v0.3 released

alphakanal have updated BuzZer to v0.3.

Changes:

GUI: Cleanup and larger controls.
VCO: FM modulation, sine morph.
LFO: New wave types. sine, triangle, saw, puls, random. sync on note-on and midi-clock (BPM). In BPM mode the speed knob is a time slice (note duration) selector. Inverse wave.
VCF: Double sampled SVF with notch, low, hi, band and peak filter in addition to the old vowel, 12 and 24-db high, band and low-pass filter.
Out: waveshaper - distortion on output.
XXL: poly, mono and legato mode. VCO sync on note-on.

This version is not preset compatible to previously released versions of buzZer.
