MHC Studio Setup updated

The AudioUnit versions of MHC's Studio Setup plugins for Mac OSX have been updated to v1.0.2 for Vox FX and v1.5.2 for the rest.

Changes:

Minor bug fixes.
The plugins have been tested using Apple's AU Validation Tool making them 100% compliant with Apple's comprehensive list of requirements and recommendations.
