Fleischprodukt updates Waveshaper to v2.1

Fleischprodukt has updated Waveshaper to version 2.1.

Changes:

Fixed a bug with initialising the threshold slider in the Cocoa GUI.
Changed the "sinc" shaping function in order to avoid clicks when using certain audio interfaces and host software combinations.
Added threshold parameter for hard clipping.
Made the saturate function symmetrical around 0.0.
Enabled automation from Cocoa GUI for shaping function parameter.
