10th March 2011

Vienna Symphonic Library has announced lower prices on all Vienna Special Editions DVD and Download Collections. They have also released new tutorials for Vienna Symphonic Library’s all-in-one orchestra collections, and announced a special offer for NOTION SLE.

Vienna Symphonic Library at Lowered Entry-Level Prices
The Vienna Special Edition collections cover the most common orchestral instruments and much more, providing a versatile cross-section of Vienna Symphonic Library’s 1.5 million-sample archive. They are available in two DVD Collections as well as downloadable separate instrument groups, namely Strings, Winds, Brass, and Percussion & More. As examples, the downloadable Special Edition Strings Standard Library starts at €155 / $222, and the Vienna Special Edition DVD Collection Standard Library has now dropped to €325 / $395.

Learning Resource and Source of Inspiration
Vienna also announces new tutorial projects available for download, offering plenty of insight and inspiration on orchestrating and mixing with the Vienna Special Editions. They include demonstrative videos, audio demos, and MIDI files for all major DAWs, as well as new Inspiration Presets for Vienna’s new player Vienna Instruments PRO that are customized for the Vienna Special Editions.

Special Offer for NOTION SLE
To complete this Vienna Special Edition event, Notion Music introduces a special offer exclusively for all Vienna Special Edition users: The first 200 users who enter the serial number of their Vienna Special Edition Standard Library (DVD Collection) into the coupon field during the checkout procedure in the Notion web shop will receive a free copy of Notion SLE, the notation software, tailor-made for the Vienna Special Edition and the Special Edition PLUS. After that, the software is priced at $39 instead of $89, only from March 9 through March 21, 2011.
