Max Mathews: An Appreciation from David Zicarelli

To the KVR Community,

The music software community as a whole mourns the passing of Max Mathews, one of the true pioneers of the use of computers in music. This is a nice tribute by David Zicarelli (founder of Cycling '74), who has spent a good part of his professional life pushing the envelope beyond what was originally created by men like Max.
