Smart Electronix SupaPhaser v3.0 & s(M)exoscope updated

Bram @ Smart Electronix has updated the Windows version of SupaPhaser to v3.0, all versions of s(M)exoscope have also been updated.

SupaPhaser v3.0 changes:

• New GUI.
• New presets.
• DSP tweaks.

s(M)exoscope changes:

• New readout.
• Minor tweaks.
