Herman Seib updates VSTHost to V1.52 and SAVIHost to V1.40

Herman Seib has updated VSTHost to Version 1.52 and SAVIHost to Version 1.40.

Changes in both programs:

Lots of bug fixes and internal changes, especially:
- Incoming MIDI SysEx messages killed the x64 versions.
- A bad "optimization" killed MME Wave Input device usage.
