Korg updates LegacyCell for Windows to v1.2.4

Korg has updated LegacyCell for Windows to version 1.2.4.

Changes:

In Cakewalk Sonar, total recall sometimes did not work properly. This has been fixed.
Some minor improvements have been implemented to improve stability.
